Firebird "The costumes are magnificicent, designed by Inga Borg, a tall and lanky European woman with large endearing eyes, who is als a ballet dancer. Having worked with Comelin before, she was asked to design the costumes. Several fax messages, researches, and suggestions later, the designes were approved. Inga's knowledge of ballet are manifest in her designs, as kinetic and fantastical as a leap of grace. Compared to new costumes, tutus are a bore. Inga came to the Philippines recently with nothing but the costumes and a mask in her luggage." |
