Inga
Borg graduated from the "Stedelijk Institute voor Ballet"
in Antwerpen, Belgium. She has performed with the Netherlands
Dance Theatre, Ballet of Flaanders (Europe), and New York's Perridance
Company, Wendy Osserman, Rick Merril Company, Ohad Noharin, Eliot
Felt Company and The Dance Theater of Long Island.
After dancing with the Alberta Ballet 1990-92, Ms. Borg spread
her talents into the areas of costume design, choreography, teaching
and performing as a solo dancer internationally. She has also
used her design talents for children's book illustrations.
Ms. Borg draws, constructs and specializes in handpainting the
fabrics for her costume designs.
Her work can be seen in New York, Canada, Philippines, Europe,
Chicago and California. Ms. Borg has worked with the Alberta Ballet,
Decidedly Jazz, the Jackson Dance competition in Mississippi,
Polish Dance Company, West Coast Ballet, Labeyen Dance Company,
Julia Admas San Francisco Ballet, Santa Barbara Grand Opera and
many more. Ms. Borg works with film, music video, theater, opera
and dance.
